Desarrollo de una aplicación web de seguimiento satelital de vehículos planteada en varias etapas de desarrollo, necesito para esta primera etapa desarrollar una UI responsive que contenga unas funcionalidades básicas, seguridad con diferentes tipos usuarios y privilegios, funcionalidades que consumen datos desde unos servicios web, donde tengo que mostrar esos datos en mapas, gráficos y tablas.
