This project is focused on creating the branding and PR strategy for a new, high-ticket leadership program designed to empower senior women leaders in critical industries such as tech, finance, and engineering, where their voices are often underrepresented in leadership roles. The program is in its early stages, and the selected PR strategist and branding expert will play a key role in shaping its identity from the ground up. The program is built around a mission-driven vision to equip high-achieving women with the tools and support they need to navigate leadership with authenticity and influence. Our target audience consists of women in senior roles or those aspiring to reach these positions, particularly in industries where women are not adequately represented at the highest levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a brand strategy that communicates the program’s values, mission, and unique offerings. This includes everything from the program’s visual identity to messaging, positioning, and content that will resonate with the target audience. In addition to branding, you will secure high-level PR placements (e.g., Podcasts, articles, speaking engagements) to build credibility and attract qualified participants to the program. The goal is to develop an authentic, compelling brand that stands out in a competitive landscape, while maintaining a strategic, high-quality, “less is more” approach in all external communications.
