Are you passionate about making an impact through your expertise in PR and branding? I’m seeking a skilled professional to help position and promote a high-ticket leadership program designed to empower women in industries critical to our global future—tech, finance, and engineering.

This is a three-month project-based role with clear deliverables and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Your Role:
You will develop a strategic branding plan for the program, secure PR opportunities to reach our target audience, and ensure all messaging reflects the mission and value of the program.

Key Deliverables (Over 3 Months):
    1.    Develop a branding strategy for the program, including recommendations for landing pages, visuals, and messaging.
    2.    Secure 3 high-profile PR opportunities (e.g., Podcasts, publications, speaking engagements) targeting senior-level women in tech, finance, and engineering.
    3.    Provide a content and visibility plan that outlines how to maximize outreach while maintaining a “less is more” approach.

Compensation Package:
    •    Base Fee: $1,500–$3,000 for the 3-month project, depending on experience.
    •    Performance Bonus: $100–$250 per program participant enrolled (up to 12 participants).
    •    Wellness Reimbursement: $50/month for personal wellness expenses.
    •    Personal Coaching: 30 minutes of professional coaching per month (valued at $250–$500).

Total Potential Earnings: $3,600–$7,650+ over three months, with additional non-cash benefits.

The program is in its early stages, and the selected PR strategist and branding expert will play a key role in shaping its identity from the ground up. Our target audience consists of women in senior roles or those aspiring to reach these positions, particularly in industries where women are not adequately represented at the highest levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a brand strategy that communicates the program’s values, mission, and unique offerings. This includes everything from the program’s visual identity to messaging, positioning, and content that will resonate with the target audience. In addition to branding, you will secure high-level PR placements (e.g., Podcasts, articles, speaking engagements) to build credibility and attract qualified participants to the program. The goal is to develop an authentic, compelling brand that stands out in a competitive landscape, while maintaining a strategic, high-quality, “less is more” approach in all external communications.
