Al actualizar el plugin woocommerce ya no está disponible en los plugins. De hecho la tienda ya no está visible y por lo tanto no está disponible.
Al intentar descargar de nueva cuenta el plugin después de un rato " Instalación Fallida: La carpeta ya existe" 
Creo que lo que se tiene que hacer es borrar la carpeta donde está el woocommerce y volver a descargar.
