Preciso do desenvolvimento de um player de vídeo para vídeos on deman com as funcionalidade padrão e algumas especificas como estas abaixo:
- Passar trecho do vídeo a cada 30 segundos
- Em um video grande fazer um menu onde eu divida por "capitulos" e possa ir até este ponto que desejo no video, como acontece neste vídeo: https://orbitlive.net/bradescoday/ondemand_en.html

Ele precisa ser responsivo.
