Requiero una Web App que pueda tener las siguientes modulos
Usuarios:  Registro, Ubicación de ruta origen destino, generación de folio por cotización, formato de registro, forma de pago.
Mensajero: recibir folio y localización con datos del cliente y ubicaciones, hacer push de ubicación y de entrga.
Administración: Control de solicitudes, adminsitración de mensajeros, reportes, etc
