Tarefas:
1.    Criar rotas e controladores para:
o    Criar, listar, editar e deletar anúncios.
O    Endpoint para busca e filtragem de anúncios.
2.    Criar modelo de dados para anúncios no MongoDB.
3.    Testar a API usando ferramentas como Postman.
Resultado Esperado: API pronta para gerenciamento de anúncios, funcionando no backend.
