Ações necessárias:
1- geramos a tabela no Melhor Envio, e em alguns casos as tabelas chegam até 174 mil linhas, porém nossa plataforma só aceita tabelas até 8999 linhas. Precisamos fragmentar essas tabela de 174 mil linhas em tabelas de 8999 linhas.
2- alguns ceps tem 7 dígitos. Precisamos deixar com 8 dígitos, um zero à esquera.
3- converter de gramas para quilos.
