ENGLISH: We are looking for preferably full stack developers, experts in the use of php (several versions and laravel or another framework) or java experts to develop on android. The analysis to start developing is the main challenge and that is why it is unfeasible under the charge of anyone without the ability to present solutions to the needs of the system. We are talking about 1 java application for service providers and a php service that manages the content and parameters of the service for both that and 3 other apps that also provide services.

El análisis para comenzar a desarrollar es el principal desafío y por eso es inviable bajo el cargo de nadie sin la capacidad de presentar soluciones a las necesidades del sistema.
Hablamos de 1 aplicación java para proveedores de servicios y un servicio en php que administra el contenido  y los parámetros del servicio para tanto esa como otras 3 apps que también brindan servicios.

English: Description of the most urgent and exclusive technical challenge !! Being able to use an existing form to enter numerical speed data of a vehicle. This is a parameter used in a condition to define the rate per minute for a service. This parameter is the speed of the vehicle obtained from the android app. This process is currently functional and does not need to be modified but it does need to be documented (java). The speed of the vehicle v, is compared with the speed defined according to the law respected by the user vl: v < vl ? rate1 : rate2 vl is a value that must be able to be entered by a user of the php service as an input among those that already have that form of the administrator service español: descripción del desafío técnico más urgente y excluyente !! poder utilizar un formulario ya existente para ingresar un dato numérico de velocidad. Este es un parámetro que se usa en una condición para definir la tarifa por minuto de un servicio. Este parámetro es la velocidad del vehículo obtenida desde la app android. Este proceso es funcional actualmente y no necesita ser modificado pero sí documentado (java). La velocidad del vehículo V, se compara con la velocidad definida según la ley que respete el usuario VL: V <VL ? tarifa1 : tarifa2 Vl es un valor que debe poder ser ingresado por un usuario del servicio de php como un input entre los que ya tiene ese formulario del servicio administrador.
