Personalization of an accounting software called Akaunting

We are a group of 4 small/middle size businesses and we started to use the Akaunting software this year to try have a better control. We already using the system to upload invoices and incomes, control them payment status, get some basic statistics. However we need:
- to personalize the section of profit & loss (The way the profit & loss section calculates the results, doesn't correspond to our P&L.

)
- Create a possibility to make reconciliation by uploaded file
- correct some bugs .
Therefore we are looking for someone who could help us to finalize this project.
