Personal letter

I'll just write this in English as I find it much easier to express myself.  (This is actually the reason for my request).  As a native of Mexico who moved to the United States at age 12, I no longer possess the verbal prowess necessary to express myself in an educated manner.

Not only do I lack the grammar, but I also no longer think or speak in the overtly flowery and formal speech common to those who are "de clase educada."  I seek a writer who can help me with these culturally-specific aspects of writing.... As I compose a letter to my biological grandmother in Monterrey... 40 years after my birth.  I could hire someone who would translate verbatim for me but instead I want someone who can serve as a consultant with the tone of the letter.  I would pay a flat fee of 100-150 USD for this project (about one short page worth of written content).
