Personal Assistant

I need a personal assistant for helping me with the following:

* routine tasks (putting in information into spreadsheets, transferring information, changing formats)

* Trusted research on the given topic (research apps, personal health, etc.)

Qualities I need:
* intelligence - I need an intelligent person who will be able to exert a level of independence and thinking with my tasks. They are not purely mechanical.
* Great communicator.
- I need fast and reliable communication  at ALL times
