Person in Chile willing to toll free numbers

We are a telecom company looking for one person in CHILE to test our local toll free numbers. We are specifically from the quality control division of the company and part of our duties is to makes sure that our Chile toll free numbers are working and remain active, no specific skills are required. This is a simple task but we need someone to perform it from Chile because these numbers are not reachable from outside the country (we are located in the US).

We need you to dial the tollfree from both Entel and Telefonica landlines and also any mobile company and share the test results with us.
These is a 2 hours work and we are offering 20 dollars for the work done.
