opções já apresentadas que não me atendem
(    ) plugins responsivos ou elementor (opções responsivo) (não atende pois o site pode ser aberto em qualquer navegador desktop e se o usuário minimizar o navegador a largura (consegue navegar como se estivesse em um celular)
