Crear sustema en python para la gestion de dispositivos gps.
El sistema consistira de un panel de usuario 2 tipos Gerentes y administradores la funcion de cada usuario sera agrear gerentes, cada gerente tendra en su panel un menu de Mi_perfil, Mis_clientes, Mis_Tecnicos, Mis Dispositivos, Mis Certificados.  En mi perfil habra ciertos datos que el usuario podra modificar.
