Pdf converted to Word Doc in English and Spanish

I have a job application that is in a pdf format and i need to have it converted into 2 word documents. I need one in English and one in Spanish.

It need to be as identical to the pdf as possible in the layout and working in both languages.

The pdf is attached but when looking at it, it is in 11X17 format to print so page 1 is on the first page on the right than turn to the inside on the left it is page 2, 3, and so on. It is only 4 pages. But it needs to look like that pdf.

The images it not a big deal as we can insert it at a later point.
