Part time Experienced Graphic Designer for Fast Growing E-commerce Brand

We are looking for a part-time graphic designer to help with creating graphics for both web and print. The ideal candidate is a career-oriented, ambitious designer, willing to take on new responsibilities as our company grows, and someone who can get excited about working in a startup environment!

Education/Work Experience:

Ultimately, your portfolio and creativity are what we are interested in. However, priority will be given to candidates with at least one of the following:

A degree/diploma in design or digital media, OR
Minimum 2 years of professional design experience

An interest in digital marketing and advertising would be considered an asset.


Technical Skills:

Skill and experience with the following are required:

Adobe Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Working with vector graphics
Experience with the following is not necessary, but would be considered an asset:
English (written and verbal)
Copywriting
html
css
shopify
after effects
marketing experience

as a graphic designer, your role is to engage our customers visually by creating beautiful, industry-leading marketing material.

Furthermore, you will be working with a small team to develop and implement marketing strategies, research our market, brainstorm creative ideas, and meet regular project deadlines.

Responsibilities vary but may include the following:

Social Media Design (Banners, Instagram graphics, etc.)
Digital display advertisement design
Email design
Print material design (Product packaging, user manuals, promotional pamphlets, etc.)
Website graphic design (Website banner, landing pages, product images, etc.)
Research (Geographic research, competitor research, industry research)
Work with our marketing team
