Our company is a local customized mechanical watch start-up company in Hong Kong. Our customers mainly come from the United States, Europe and other countries that communicate in English.
Recently we hope to hand over some customer service work to part-timers.
Our company will welcome the peak season of 2023 and hope to find long-term cooperation in Customer service. This work will involve communication and negotiation with our company's customer service representatives. We already have templates for responding to different questions, so there is no need to rewrite them. If you do not know how to respond to customer requests or questions, we hope that you will take the initiative to contact our customer service representatives so that we can respond to customer requests within 48 hours. We are looking for someone work is able to work for 1-3hours/per day.
Specialties/Specifications of the Ideal Candidate:
1. If you are returning from abroad or have good English proficiency, we will give priority. The first condition is that you can understand the customer's questions and then respond with the templates we provide.
