Necesitamos extraer el audio de un video y convertirlo en texto para luego dejarlo en un XML, debe ser offline no se puede usar ni AWS, ni Google Cloud, ni Microsoft Cognitive Services! se recomiendo probar tecnologías con un video mp4 para una vez elegida la tecnología avanzar con el proyecto!
