Vou precisar realizar várias customizações, tanto agora, quanto depois.

Então, acho melhor trabalhar com pacotes de horas e vou consumindo esses pacotes ao longo do tempo.

Inicialmente preciso de:
- Aplicar o design desenvolvido pelo designer na plataforma
- Integrar com o Moip
- Instalar um blog na plataforma
