Hola, nuestro sitio web no funciona para nuevos usuarios hace ya una semana. Aclaro que el problema le sucede a nuevos usuarios porque a las personas que ya habían utilizado el sitio sí les funciona (estimo que es por el cache). Adjunto una imagen de que le aparece a las personas que intentan ingresar.

Queremos identificar que causó el problema y solucionarlo urgentemente y asegurarnos que no vuelva a suceder. Muchas gracias
