Optimizacion de Mapas y componentes en React

Necesito optimizar algunas funcionalidades en los mapas de mi app, necesito el siguiente trabajo.
1. Un componente que pueda integrarse con Gmaps para reemplazar los icons svg, este componente debe permitir cualquier HTML dentro y leer varias propiedades.
2. Agrupar pines cuando hay demasiados en un punto especifico.
3. Re escalar los pines (que van a ser react components) cuando el usuario hace zoom. Simil a como funciona en google maps.

Busco alguien con experiencia en React y Google maps. Es requisito enviar portfolio y mostrar ejemplos que esten funcionando de implementacioens parecidas.

Todo lo que se proponga debe ser adaptable a React Native.
