The Role: We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with exceptional problem-solving skills. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position after six months based on performance. If you’re a confident decision-maker with excellent critical thinking skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work with tech systems, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reservation and guest screening to ensure top-tier guest experience.
- Communicate with guests and property owners using our property management platform (Uplisting).
- Coordinate with cleaning teams and manage supplies for each property.
- Handle resolution claims (Aircover) and work to remove negative reviews impacting Superhost status.
- Manage property maintenance, monitoring lock and camera battery levels.
- Daily review of property video recordings to ensure house rules compliance.
- Process vendor payments and prepare weekly expense reports.
- Compile and deliver monthly owner reports.
- Post updates on social media and FB Marketplace.
- Follow up with prospects and leads.
- Perform quality audits on Airbnb listings, including descriptions and photo captions.
- Lead onboarding for new properties, coordinating photography, updating owners, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for property owners on pricing, listings, and guest inquiries.
- Use
Monday.com to manage guest communication and client relations.
- Update operational procedures and property forms to reflect the latest from owners.
Key Requirements:
- High IQ with a proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in guest support with Airbnb or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to work with multiple technology platforms (Google Drive, Google Sheets,
Monday.com, WhatsApp, Uplisting, PriceLabs).
- Critical reading and analytical thinking skills.
