Job Description:
We are preparing to launch a new online course and are looking for a dedicated, experienced Online Course Manager to help us manage and grow the course after it goes live. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in online education who can lead our course toward long-term success by boosting student engagement, driving enrollment, and creating a supportive learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Post-Launch Management: Take charge of the course’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth performance on the chosen e-learning platform (GoHighLevel)
- Marketing & Promotion Support: Collaborate with our marketing team to drive course visibility and enrollment through social media, email marketing, and other digital strategies.
- Student Engagement & Community Building: Build and manage a strong community of learners by facilitating discussions, answering questions, and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Student Support & Success: Respond to student inquiries, assist with technical issues, and provide guidance to help students complete the course successfully.
- Growth Strategy & Enrollment Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to grow enrollments, enhance retention, and maximize course completion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics (enrollment, engagement, completion rates, and satisfaction) and use insights to continuously improve the course experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and scaling online courses or e-learning programs.
- Familiarity with online course platforms (GoHighLevel) and best practices for course management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques to increase course enrollments and engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
- Experience with community management, customer service, and student support.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions to optimize the course.
