On-road breakdown assistance finder mobile application

On-road emergency assistance finder mobile application is to solve the car breakdown issue during the trip or long journey and decrease the scam issue for tow truck problem. Therefore, there are three categories by using the system which are user, service provider and admin. Each of the categories have their own user interface and account to accessed.

User able to download the mobile application from the AppStore which available for iOS user while service provider such as mechanic, police, ambulance will be register account by admin. Each of the service provider have their own account to managed. The system will automatically determine the location by using GPS and find out the nearest service provider which selected by user.

Each of the service provider information details such as contact number, specialism and name has been list out when user click in more details button. The functionality of the system will be list out as shown on the below: -

•    Able to multiple select problem or issue that faced such as battery issues and towing.
•    Able to view the personal details of service provider.
•    Able to search by name of the services and state even driver located in rural area or weak network connection.
•    Able to send request for help services that selected by user.
For service provider
•    able to login an account.
•    Able to manage account such as forget password and change personal details
•    Able to accept or reject the request form the user
•    Able to view user’s location.
