Install and configure odoo OCA modules according to company needs. These needs will be defined by our team based on internal procedures, emails and videoconferences. Some customization will be necessary. Instead of a full ERP implantation, a step by step approach will be used, going through big areas: purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, etc. The company is a medical device manufacturer.

Project overview

We have been testing odoo V16 OCA with lots of modules and add-ons for about a year. It's been evaluated as a real solution for our needs, but still need additional features and customizations. This requires a very good knowledge of all the OCA universe that we don't have. It's difficult to estimate the complete scope of the project, that's why we would like to go with specific needs for specific areas. We will start with purchasing, inventory and manufacturing.
