Ntegración de Pago Paypal en Plataforma Php 7.4 y algunas cosas mas

I've developed a platform in PHP 7.4 and looking to integrate PayPal as a payment method. The integration should ensure that upon successful payment through PayPal (via debit/credit card or PayPal account), an account is automatically created for the user on the platform and also check and fix login and register page.

Key Requirements:
- Integrate PayPal payment method
- Create user account automatically post payment or Registration Key. (I prefer account)
- Send by Email or show on page (Email, User and Password) or (Registration key)
- Change Recapchap V3 on login for V2 because I think V3 is not working well and also check on register.
- Disable user if this dosen't page monthly.

- Proficiency in PHP 7.4
- Previous experience with integrating PayPal
- Understanding of automatic account creation systems.

- The page has crud of users and field for date.
- The page already has a button to disable the user and its internal functionality.
