Necesito crear un proceso que corra en un servidor web y que este atento a nuevos registros en una tabla mysql y que informe dicho cambio al cliente[pagina web Html/Asp] ya sea mediante un "BIP" y/o globo de notificacion
Este proceso debe ser llamado a partir de cuando un usuario se loguea y entra al sitio->y en ese momento activa el proceso pasandole como parametro un "Tsql"
