Need a Javascript function to be written:
that reads a value, if the value is null it is re-read every 30 seconds until read with a repeat of 5  read attempts, if no value is received we must output a value of 1 (one) and if a value is received after x amount of read repetitions, the value gets passed on to the output 1, and you pass a value of 1 to output 2 to trigger the next function.
