This system has 2 users which are Authority and Civilians. Basically a final year project which will not be commercialized.
Civilian able to register and login.
They will be able to upload pictures of traffic offenders and also able to type the location of the incidents. Then the civilian also able to submit a complaint of the pictures and location uploaded.
Civilians also able to view their past complaints.
Authority can't register as they will have a dedicated login account.
Authority able to check on those complaint submitted to them and they able to mark them as action taken or pending.
