Android App to read and store values from NFC tags. User authentication should be made using the fingerprint scanner built in the Android smartphone.

Main Requirements:
1. New users:
Users must be registered with an 11-character alphanumeric code and his fingerprint. Optionally, the user can register a password.

The first user registered in the app is, by default, granted the rights of administrator.
