We are developing a new technology aiming at providing the biggest largest IP pool for our business customers to use in their services online, like price comparison websites, transaction verifiers, among others.

I need someone who will be able to do the following:
1- Manage the connections coming from different proxy providers
2- Create a system where we can rotate between different providers based on a set of requirements to be provided.
3- Create simple front end for the end user that will use the proxies. In this case, they are the companies. More specifications will be provided later.

I need someone who have a lot of experience setting up proxy servers and knows their way around network implementing control of different providers with scalability in mind.

Project overview

Create a new service focused on providing more availability of IP pools for our clients, and connect our providers with them directly. Blockchain knowledge will be useful in the future of the project.
