Create an isometric illustration depicting the complexities of running a Homeowners Association (HOA) for a single-family home planned community. I am trying to depict all the activities and lifestyle that happen around managing it. The image should be styled similarly to the school illustration provided, using a color scheme that reflects a residential neighborhood setting. A couple of suggestions of elements to add (feel free to edit as you see fit)
A layout of residential streets with various single-family homes, showcasing:
- Gated community
- Houses do not need to be exactly the same (maybe 3-4 types) but should have the same architectural styles and sizes
- Well-maintained front yards and landscaping
- Some homes undergoing renovations or improvements
Community amenities such as:
- A pool area with people swimming and lounging
- Barbecue by the pool
- Fitness center
- Clubhouse with space for community gatherings (board meeting occuring within there). There should be a small office space there
- Small park (maybe just like the one you built for school)
Maintenance activities in progress, such as
- Landscaping crews working on common areas
- Repair work on community infrastructure (e.g., Street lights, sidewalks)
- Security elements like a patrol car or entrance gates
