I have many staffs who worked for me and they have good writing literacy but not fluent or have necessary confidence to have conversation in English. I am looking at 2 hours per week for one staff to start with.

Will not need to be professional English teacher, but I need someone who can create meaningful conversation in Native English accent with my staffs.

Primary objective:
1. Boost his confidence
2. Get him learn and speak in English to enhance his daily conversational skills.
