Necesito una animación sobre una imagen

En los archivos adjuntos está la imagen de una puerta futurista. Necesito una animación en la que dicha puerta se abra y se cierre (deslizándose) y se vea una luz intensa que es la que supuestamente se ve por los bordes de la puerta. Cuando se abra la puerta, quiero que se vea la luz intensa, luego se diluya y se vea una imagen o un video que yo les voy a facilitar.
Tengo el archivo fuente de la imagen por su sirve para hacer la animación.
