Necesito crear un sitio que permita que personas suban su facturas electronicas y puedan cederla a nuestras empresa y a su vez otras personas puedan invertir en esas facturas y por esa inversion  ganen una utilidad ,ademas necesito que este sitio pueda tener posicionamiento y pueda usarse como una aplicacion  y que desde el ingreso de la factura hasta el pago toda se haga en 24 horas .-
