Voy a emprender en Internet con CPA y necesito hacer un formulario de tarjeta de crédito como este:  http://prntscr.com/l3unpe
El formulario solo deberá enviarme el "nombre" y el "zip code" los demás datos no son necesarios.
El diseño es tal cual se ve hay y que cuando el usuario clickee para insertar los datos aparezca una sombra el los bordes del campo del color del boton un ejemplo: http://prntscr.com/l3uoou
Lo insertare en un plugin de wordpress llamado elementor. Por eso necesitare un ShorCode.
No tengo suficiente dinero el que me contacte por favor espero que lo entienda.
