Preciso de um profissional para montar um ambiente de desenvolvimento Node e Vue, e subir na aws em contra free. Site ja funcionava, só esta fora.

Tenho um projeto que possui dois repositórios no Gitlab. Front e Api. Preciso de um profissional que monte esse ambiente e me guie para montar o mesmo na minha maquina, se preferir podemos fazer tudo em par, preciso das instruções para montar e conseguir fazer manutenção futura na minha maquina, o profissional só precisa me guiar até colocar no ar um plataforma simples que já funcionava e venceu a conta. Além da montagem na maquina será necessário subir o ambiente na AWS em uma conta free para que eu posteriormente consiga aplicar créditos. Js, Node, Vue, Postgres.
