Preciso configurar um menu css animado em responsivo. Preciso que ele fique adaptado a qualquer dispositivo móvel da forma que eu possa configurar posteriormente os tamanhos, alterar cores, etc... Eu possuo os arquivo e o link para avaliação. É Um menu com transição e efeito over mas que não se ajusta a dispositivos. Preciso que ele fique adequado.
