We are seeking a creative, driven, and enthusiastic Media Buyer to join our fast-paced, in-house growth marketing team at Aztech. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our eCommerce clients to craft and execute on their Paid Media Marketing campaigns and grow their business.  You’ll work directly with the Founders of our company to scale our Paid Media and Marketing offerings for existing and new clients.

This Media Buyer role is a dynamic role for a creative, results-driven B2C marketer. This is a crucial role that is perfect for someone who is excited to take advantage of a leadership position in the ever growing DTC eCommerce space. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders in our business and on the client side to coordinate on marketing projects, timelines, and campaigns. This is a key role on the paid media team as we work together to create powerful, demand-generating digital campaigns, and execute on growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and Google PPC for our clients.

The Job Executing Paid Media Campaigns for our eCommerce clients across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google PPC Tweak strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI for clients Own and execute against client account KPI for their strategic growth Report on the performance of campaigns and other marketing activity for clients Analyze data and write – test – rewrite to optimize various ad campaigns for multiple products on a weekly basis Manage paid media projects that span multiple quarters and manage client quarterly goals accordingly ​​​​Work closely with paid media team to understand the needs of the paid media channels and pivot priorities accordingly Ability to analyze data and come up with creative marketing solutions Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications for social media Help scale the Paid Media & Performance marketing division of our business Ability to juggle multiple requests and feedback from various stakeholders with overlapping deadlines or priorities Collaborate with internal team members and agencies on a daily / weekly basis The Ideal Candidate You are curious, passionate, and intentional about bringing great energy to your work You are motivated by a career in the eCommerce / Ad Buying space 2-5 years of Marketing & Paid Media experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of PPC ads, paid search advertising, and social media marketing – including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. Ability to hit fast-moving deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing experiments. Solid knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and various social media campaign analytic platforms within various social networks. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices within digital marketing advertising and measurement. Self-motivated and highly skilled in problem-solving. Relentless and will only accept big wins as a measure of successes
