(Medellin only) Graphic Designer/Web Designer

We are seeking a talented Funnel Designer to join our team. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective marketing funnels that drive leads and sales for a diverse range of clients.

- Funnel Strategy & Design: Develop and optimize marketing funnels that align with client objectives. This includes everything from initial strategy to final implementation.
- Copywriting & Graphic Design: Craft compelling copy and design elements that resonate with the target audience and enhance the overall effectiveness of the funnels.
- Integration & Optimization: Implement and integrate various tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing software) to ensure seamless funnel functionality. Continuously test and optimize funnels for maximum performance.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized funnel solutions.

Requirements
Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in designing high-converting marketing funnels.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in funnel-building platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels), CRM software, and basic graphic design tools.
Copywriting Expertise: Strong ability to write persuasive copy that aligns with various brand voices and objectives.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze funnel performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong client-facing communication skills.
