Hello I would like to remove the image of this photo, so that the curves of the neck and all dimensions are flat, to turn into black and white vector to be able to put in a logo, can you do this?

I'm sending you an example that I tried to do myself and it didn't go very well, the idea would be this, but of course with a quality and professional contours
