Pela informação no painel d api da velip, as linguagens da api podem ser php, python, node, curl ou java. E também criaremos botões de pagamento por cartão usando plataformas com API ja pronta (Gerencianet/Asaas).


Necessitamos definir o projeto em partes, e será lançado por versões (esse projeto e demais) em painel no nosso site.
