Background:
For 2022, our plans for Open English adult product B2C growth involves international expansion and development of existing markets. As we develop the Brazilian market, we are focused on exploring market insights, localized messaging and value propositions.
Our brand awareness in most of Latin America existing markets is high, with 9/10 people knowing who we are, whereas in Brazil 6/10 people know open English
All of our lower funnel performance campaigns are run through our internal team, this includes SEM, Email, Paid social and others. All upper funnel branding activations are managed by our brand team with the caveat that we must have tangible results in the form of incremental ROI and brand search volume.
Case:
You are given a budget of $500,000 to be used in an activation in Brazil, over the course of 3 months. This activation must increase brand awareness while at the same time bring in tangible results in the form of incremental brand searches, leads and enrollments.
Request:
Provide your digital marketing activation plan for Months 1-3 and break down Month 1 by 4 weeks, split by channels
Propose Kpis - including a suggested cpa goal, considering ltv is $300 usd
analysis structure - how would you measure results?
