Marketing Manager & All-Rounder

Job Overview

We are looking for a experienced Marketing Manager to be placed with one of our key clients. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing within the client organization, and will manage a small team of specialists to work toward common marketing goals. Our agency will provide ongoing support for your role.

You should have extensive marketing experience, with past experience within the healthcare space a bonus.  This position is ideal for a remote work candidate. You will be expected to communicate with our client who is in the US Eastern and Central time zones.

Responsibilities
-Work with the VP of Marketing to create and document a marketing plan which encompasses modern marketing strategies like marketing automation and content marketing.

-Create a marketing calendar forecasting the coming 3+ months of planned marketing activities.
-Translate each marketing activity into actionable tasks, which you will assign to team members and manage the delivery of these assets.
-Provide reports on the insights you draw from marketing analytics which can be actioned
-Gather intelligence from customer conversations and interviews, and turn it into clear documentation and tasks.
-Prioritize projects by importance, and identifying which issues are urgent and important to the client to execute. 
-Lead a copywriter and graphic designer, along with development, toward a common goal.
-Responsible for exercising tact and professionalism when problem-solving and resolving conflicts, maintaining a willingness to take corrective actions to fix mistakes.

Requirements and skills

-Have extensive marketing experience (preferably within the healthcare space).
-Experience with marketing automation software ActiveCampaign.
-Have excellent use of English.
-Available in US time zones.
-Educational background, preferably in the fields of Marketing.
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
-Leadership and supervision.
