Business plan - what are the expected costs and potential incomes considering different business plans (freemium app, ads, etc..) And estimate potential revenue.
App launching plan and strategy - strategy to test the app, defining target users, investment amount and a strategy to measure and analyse the results.

Need a full research documented and a summarized presentation to showcase to investors.
