Pretendo criar um modelo de automatização em Manychat para replicar nos meus restaurantes. O objetivo será permitir aceitar reservas por Whatsapp, Visualizar Menu e Aceder a Promoções, com recolha de contactos dos clientes. No final da experiência pretende-se perguntar feedback e convidar a realizar review. Posteriormente pretende-se criar ofertar regulares aos clientes através de manychat.
