Looking for translators to translate 200 words into Thai and Spanish (Mexican)

We are looking to translate a survey about occupation.
We are looking for translators to translate up to 200 words from English into the following languages:
- Thai 
- Spanish (Mexican)
We are looking for a 4 hour turnover at a fixed price of $250

The English document to translate from is a survey, with numbered questions. We ask that you translate everything highlighted in yellow, and keep the exact same formatting (e.g. All numbering and anything not yellow is kept the same)

We ask that you remain as faithful as possible to the wording of the questions
