Looking for a Ui/Ux designer for a big project

I am Adam AlShahawi, an accomplished entrepreneur and the visionary behind several successful e-commerce ventures. We are an e-commerce freelancing marketplace. Our project is approximately 70% complete, and we are seeking a skilled Web ui/ux designer to join our team to bring the project to completion with high-quality design and user experience.

Responsibilities:

Web and Mobile-Responsive Designs:

Web pages as well as a couple dashboard screens.
Mobile-responsive pages for only a couple pages.
Redesign a few existing pages.
Redesign simple elements on certain pages as needed.
Develop custom assets and graphics to enhance the visual appeal of the platform.
Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines.


Fix Unresolved Comments:

Address and resolve all pending design comments and feedback.


Daily Communication:

Engage in daily meetings to discuss progress, address questions, and make design adjustments.
Be available for immediate communication via text or video calls as required.


Figma Proficiency:

Utilize Figma for all design work, ensuring designs are detailed and ready for development.


Potential Frontend Development:

If proficient in html/css, there is an opportunity for additional frontend development work after the ui/ux design phase, with separate compensation.


Requirements:

Proven experience in web and mobile-responsive design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web design, custom graphics, and mobile-responsive pages.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to daily interactions and meetings.
Proficiency in Figma.
Ability to address feedback and make necessary adjustments promptly.
Understanding of marketplace platforms and their design requirements is a plus.
Knowledge of html/css for potential frontend development work is a plus.
