Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing sales processes and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a flair for client communication, a knack for sales, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, especially seo, content creation, and pr.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Generate leads and identify potential clients in need of our digital marketing services.
Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
Present and sell digital marketing services to new clients.
Follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Account Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
Send clients their completed work through our client portal, help troubleshoot on any issues. All accountmanagement work will be through email and through our client portal.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications:
Ideally you are familiar with cold email process, working through a call script and using social media like linkedin and twitter to attract clients.
You have experience working with a CRM and emailing customers doing customer service
You have some experience in sales, either in digital marketing or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including seo, content creation, and pr.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, google docs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
