The ideal candidate should have a background in outbound calling in a business-to-business environment or similar professional high-level interactions performing either consultative selling or appointment setting. Experiences working with Google Sheets and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hub-spot are also great to have.
Will make outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of securing appointments.
Must have the ability to be simultaneously conversational, consultative, persuasive and professional with customers
Responsible for enhancing the client’s brand with all prospective customers and gatekeepers through professional future-thinking interactions
Required to follow project specific quality and scripting requirements created by client and Callbox
Strong skills in overcoming gatekeeper objections and determining key decision makers
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly program goals/expectations
Meet or exceed monthly enhancement card goals which include specific metrics for attendance, quality, and performance (This is a 40 hour weekly position, not 39.5 hours. Punctuality is expected and rewarded.)
Participate in and successfully complete all required training sessions
Attend regular quality monitoring and feedback sessions with Quality Coaches, Supervisors, (and clients when necessary), accepting and implementing feedback to continually improve and develop your skill-set to better meet performance and quality goals
Other duties as assigned based on Synergy and client needs.
English and Bahasa fluency is a MUST.
